Working with Digitas London and Biffa, I was the lead designer responsible for delivering a new design system and digital platform for the UK’s biggest waste management company. I worked closely with key stakeholders at Biffa to define the content needs and requirements, then with the teams of UX, Strategy and Development to realise their vision.
